Two tower blocks with nearly 100 flats and a homeless shelter could be built in Central London. Over £50 million could be spent redeveloping the St Mungo's premises in Harrow Road and building a 20-storey tower with flats for rent, along with a nine-storey homeless centre for the charity next door. The new homeless centre would be twice as big as the building currently in operation.
